Great, honest, effective and efficient crew. From the front desk to the service techs, I always have a positive experience with my vehicle here. I certainly DO recommend this team.
I had such a great experience at Mark’s! My friend and I had car trouble (undercarriage cover wasn’t properly reinstalled after my oil change that week) on our way home to Guelph from camping in Bruce Peninsula, and they took my car in right away and didn’t charge us to fix the cover. Mechanics and reception were very kind! Plus the waiting room is very clean and comfortable :) Thanks guys!!
i liked the customer service and the girl at the desk was very nice the waiting area was clean and well organized i appreciate the WIFI, so i could work while i waited then i had an odd interaction.. i took my car in because it ran rough and the check engine light came on. 99.9 % positive these guys stole my car battery and replaced it with a cheap one. I had an optima battery that cost. 379. Got my wheel bearing replaced here. My battery is under the back floor so don’t c it a lot. Was vacuuming the other day. Opened the battery compartment. Now there is a 89 dollar certified brand battery. This is the only place I’ve taken my car since I bought it. The only explanation is they stole it or their mechanic did. Also sent my moms jeep here for a wheel bearing and they replaced the wrong one.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANNA PAY DOUBLE... WENT TO ANOTHER SHOP FOR HALF THE PRICE!!! Showed the quote and paid 800!!! For the same work marks wanted 1500 !! Not worth it
