Not a great first impression. Sat at the front of the store for several minutes without being acknowledged while the person at the front desk had a semi private type conversation at the front of the store until I left.
I need to talk about how amazing Mark's Automotive is. We are 1012 miles from home, with 98 miles still until our destination, and our trailer bearings went out. We came in at 9am, desperate to be at our destination by this evening, and he agreed to fix it, even though he doesn't normally do trailers. He had us ready by NOON! Bearings, hub, drum replaced, new trailer jack, and it was affordable. This guy is my hero, and if you are ever in Bakersfield, and need work, I recommend you come here.
This place is amazing. Honest work. They serviced my car very good. I recommend to anyone needing good work done by honest mechanics.
It's like getting an apartment with an application fee. They'll definitely charge you the diagnostic fee, but they won't do anything for you. Complete waste of time and money, $130 fee for diagnostics and nothing at all. Other than a, no, we won't help you we dont work on cars previously repaired. IF I WAS TOLD THIS FROM THE START I WOULD HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO THROW GOOD MONEY AWAY.
