Service at Mark's Auto is amazing! I came in with a serious need of a car with not a big down payment. They let me choose from a couple nice cars and now I am leaving here with my new car. Mike is amazing and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everyone I came into contact here is amazing and I never once felt pressured.
Do not do business with this company. Mark has come to my door before pretending to be someone else - a PI in fact and claiming payments weren't made when I had the receipts to show that he was lying. I checked out the supposed PI and he was less than pleased at being impersonated. Mark is in short a liar and a shark and has no ethics.
Curtis at Mark's Auto helped me get into a car according to my specifications. I'm happy with the vehicle and they agreed to fix the minor problems I found on the vehicle. At Mark's auto the customer is treated with respect. My experience during the whole process was smooth and comfortable. Thank you to Curtis West and to Mark's Auto for putting me in the vehicle I need.
Helpful, knowledgable and friendly – My fiancee and I came into Mark's Auto looking for a SUV vehicle. Min Pederson was our Sales associate, who was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I was very scared of coming in to get a car and not being able to get a car today. But to my relief Mike was able to work with me, my payments and was able to get me a great car.
