Reading many reviews about unauthorized increases to the final bill. I can attest that this is a DEFINITE possibility when taking your vehicle in. I am sure Mark is working towards improving communication between mechanic and customer.
Brakes recently went on my car. Called Mark’s Auto Air as I know him through my partner. He was able to accommodate me day of and offered a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Car was done the next day. He even vacuumed the front mats for me. Great experience!
So, during the hotest heat event in Ontario for 2024 (so far), my 2009 Jetta thought it would be funny if it messed up the air conditioning by not pushing out any cold air. Yeah, I'm just rolling on the floor with that. After doing some research, I decided to take the car to Mark's Auto Air, and I am very glad I did. Went in and the service was amazing. VERY fast and VERY professional workers that provided excellent customer service to me while getting work done on my vehicle. Would HIGHLY recommend you stopping by to have there techs work on your vehicle.
