I’ve been going to Mark’s after having a terrible experience at Nissan Northfield and it was the best decision I ever made when it comes to auto shops. Mark and his team are dedicated, accommodating and always take the time to explain to me what’s working well and what not so much on my car, which I really appreciate. I will keep on going to Marks and highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a reliable and honest team.
Great shop. Friendly and helpful mechanics. I had an issue with my AC and they were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Gave me options from cheap to expensive. They fixed it perfectly and I'll be taking all my business there from now on.
Reading many reviews about unauthorized increases to the final bill. I can attest that this is a DEFINITE possibility when taking your vehicle in. I am sure Mark is working towards improving communication between mechanic and customer.
