Grandfather Clock Master: Rudy, from Elli's Artisan Jewelers serviced a grandfather clock my wife and I received from a dear friend who passed away. He did a wonderful job of servicing the mechanism and repairing the chimes. He coached me on how to enhance the beautiful woodwork of the cabinet. The work was done off site and does take some time to complete (so be patient). The results were well worth the wait. He has the "master's touch" with clocks. We got pendent back and they did a great job on it! Looks great and they brought it to our house. My wife is really good pleased.
They have a stone to put on pendent and has been over a month. They closed and won't answer the phone! We have tried to call at least 20 times, we want the pendant or our stone back!
I bought some beautiful Snapdragon Navajo earrings they are gorgeous! The owners are so nice and so helpful replaced all my batteries in my watches and so reasonable!
