Just bought my new 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport from Markquart Toyota. Overall had a amazing experience. They ordered the truck I wanted so I would have exactly what I wanted. No comprising . Thank you Abby and Amie for working so hard to make this happen.
I've used their service dept since I moved to WI, in 2007. Great people, great service.
We have had the worst customer service with our 2019 Camry. The radio kept going out on us, my husband brought it in 3 times, finally the last time they were going to order a new part for the radio but let our car sit there for 2 1/2 weeks before they finally did that. We should not have to go in and get upset with them before they finally do something. Not once did we get an apology, sorry for all your inconvenience- nothing not a word all while we are of course making car payments. Very very unsatisfied.
