Took my truck in to get a warranty covered transmission rebuild. Got it back after over a month, and in considerably worse condition than when I dropped it off. The cover on the bell housing is gone. For some reason Im missing window trim, and again its driving significantly worse than before. Also, getting ahold of anyone is a nightmare. This part was my fault. I would literally not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I came in knowing which car I wanted at 11 am and didn’t leave until 6pm (as the only people there) we even had to wait through our car dealers lunch break. The car was marked at 12,000 and I was never told otherwise up until I was signing the paperwork at 5:30pm. It turned out that it was going to cost me $20,000 which was only lease and another $2000 after I pay it off, to actually own it or take it back. On top of that I was told my payments would be $210.
