Kissinger, the tech that came to repair my garage door, was prompt (even early!), was friendly and pleasant, and explained everything to me very well. He did a great job and I am pleased with his work.

They took 4 hours to arrive. Multiple calls from me without calling to apologize or update. The technician was down the street ironically and swung by. He said I had forgotten to push the enter button on the pad. I pressed it and he left. 90 seconds tops. They charge me $149 for telling me to press enter. I said to them listen he was around the corner not 30 miles away. I asked them to give me a break he didn’t do anything it’s ridiculous. They finally charged me $75. I had a new opener installed on Saturday morning. The service was outstanding — from the office staff to the installer, who did everything perfectly and explained everything clearly. I’m beyond happy and will absolutely recommend this company to all my friends
Worse service ever. The given appointment for a repair was not kept and honored by Marko Door. After waiting nearly 5 hours and being told 3 times that the technician is on his way, we had to cancel the appointment as we couldn't wait any longer. When a technician is on his way, the person usually arrives within 30 minutes. And, there were no updates given to let us know of any delays. WE were the ones calling to find out why we were still waiting.
