We purchased our CRV from Markley Honda in June. I brought it in for my first oil change this week. Matthew Lynch was my Service Advisor. He was really friendly and informative. I appreciate that Markley provides a car wash in addition to the service! I could have it serviced closer to where I live by choose to drive to Markley because they are very courteous and professional.
Markley Honda was complete in getting all of the service done. they kept me informed about what they were doing and got a quality job done on time.
I had an issue with a tire just before Christmas. They ordered the tire and installed it the next business day. No appointment but got me in anyway. Pleasant to deal with plus a free ride back to work.
I have used Markley for all my repairs on Honda products for years and can say that they are the best. Very easy to work with and always try to make sure that everything is done promptly and efficiently. Matthew Lynch is very professional and explains everything in detail about the service performed and issues that might need attention.
I have gotten all of my cars at Markley and they are so genuinely nice! Tyler West was so very helpful and I appreciate the entire business!
