As a first timer the experience is bad, I said good morning several times while standing infront of her and she ignored me, her face was stone-cold, I had to walk out of the place with my sick son and she was not even bothered, even though there were only 3 patients at the reception, no wonder the place is empty, it looks as if she's overwhelmed already at 9:30am.
Very unprofessional n disrespectful front staff n call takers. Management should hire new staff n train well how to talk. Very disappointing.
By the time they answer the phone, I’ll get married, have kids, grandkids, and still be listening to the hold music.
I had to wait 6 hours 30 Mins with my 3 months old baby for walk in today. Worst service ever. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I know walk ins takes longer , but 6.30 Hours ! With a 3 months old new born ! That is insane.Other people who is familiar to the counter people and doctor coming and going but we do not have a chance. Very sad to see :(
