I do not normally write bad reviews but felt I need to to warn other customers. This review is from an experience I had two years ago. I went to this store because of the previous owners, who were excellent. The process for buying my glasses was much too lengthy even though I was the only customer in the store at the time. Manu took a LONG time measuring me for my trifocals and upsold me to the "best" lenses.
