My daughter is special needs and she saw Dr. Ko to do some fillings. Dr. Ko is extremely patient and is an absolutely wonderfully, skilled dentist! Jessica, the Office Manager is so very pleasant and excels at what she does! She is also so extremely pleasant on the phone, and in the office, and is so welcoming to new patients. Zara, the Treatment Coordinator is very passionate at what she does and has a very calm demeanor and explains everything thoroughly. My daughter is very lucky to now have Dr. Ko as her dentist! I got Invisalign with Dr. James Ko, and the entire team at the Markham location. Every time I’ve come in for a checkup I’ve been greeted by nothing by love from the staff! Always a pleasure coming here and I leave happier than when I came in. They promised me about a year for the entire Invisalign process and it’s been exactly a year. Nothing but professionalism with the team here and I always recommend my friends and family here when they ask about my teeth.
I always love coming here, the staff are rea5ly nice and polite
The dental clinic is small but fantastic. The staff are super friendly, and Dr.KO is very approachable and knowledgeable. Zara as Treatment Coordinator followed up with me and tried to work things out with insurance diligently despite constant insurance requests for more info as my case is complex involving multiple teeth, bridge and implants etc. I really appreciate what they did for me. The dental hygienist and assistants are all very professional and efficient. Highly recommended!
Very professional place, everyone is kind and the doctors and assistants are very good and helpful...
