I find it kind of strange reviewing a hospital, but after our experience here yesterday, I wanted to drop a 5-star. My partner went for a day surgery and had the most pleasant experience possible, under the circumstances of being in a hospital in the first place. The hospital itself is kept in great condition - clean, modern looking, and whey looked to me, state of the art equipment. I want to thank all the doctors and staff who helped me during my recent visits. I was quite sick and honestly can’t remember the names of the first two doctors, but they were both very kind, professional, and patient with me — I truly appreciate their care. Dr. Karen H. was the last doctor who treated me on my third visit. She is extremely gentle, caring, and knowledgeable, and she explained everything clearly before each step. Absolutely disgusting experience at this hospital.. walked in the emergency at 1330 with my daughter in pain with an injured leg.. the so called “triage” process took exactly 2hrs - just basic info stuff. We were transferred to a waiting room inside where we waited approx 1.5hrs for the doctor.. she was a residence doctor.. after explaining what happened, she responded that her report shows my daughter with abdominal pain and nausea.. so she had to start a new report from get go. he hospital is clean and modern, but the wait times are way too long. I went to the ER with really bad stomach pain and ended up waiting almost 5 hours before seeing a doctor. The nurses were nice and tried their best, but you can tell they’re short-staffed and overworked. Once I finally got seen, the doctor was professional and helpful, just wish it didn’t take all day. Parking is also super expensive, which adds to the frustration. Overall, good care but really slow and could be better organized.
