I was disappointed during my initial consultation but turns out Dr. Shaista Ali is actually very good. Better than I’ve expected! Guess I’ve judged her way too early! They are currently accepting new patients but don’t even answer phone calls. Plus, I booked a follow up consultation via online 3 days ago. Still nobody follow up or call for an appointment. It’s not like a referral where you have to wait for weeks or months.
