Their service is good but they’re system for scheduling appointments is absolutely ridiculous. My mother was booked in for 3:15pm and was not taken into her appointment till 4:35. To make things worse the doctor didn’t come into the room till 4:45 and does not even think to offer an apology for appointments being so late. What is the point I’m of patients booking appointments then?
