Purchased by first snowblower (Toro 821QZE) from Markham mower. Chris was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. There are a variety of different equipment and all are functional. I asked how loud and heavy the snowblower will be and Chris took the floor model that was there and we took it outside for testing. Great experience from Chris, he will give you the confidence to purchase what is right for you.

I was having difficulty starting my tractor on Thanksgiving day and texted Ryan, a Markham Mower mechanic. He responded immediately and assured me that it was no bother to deal with the issue now. We facetimed and while I worked the tractor controls, he talked me through a number of starting process iterations. We got it started and my lawn got cut! This is what I call exceptional service.
