I financed my car in 2018 through Markham Mazda and, as part of the agreement, they recommended and sold me the RSR Global Warranty for rust and exterior protection. Trusting their recommendation, I purchased the warranty. Now that the car is fully paid off, I recently noticed a few small rust spots on the roof. I promptly reported the issue to Markham Mazda.
