Unfortunately, got my Mazda here and thought was a good idea to do the mandatory maintenance here, but charges are not explained, when I asked to talk with the shop manager had to wait a long time, and he gave misleading information, after I said ok to the cost and the work was done, the ca"wash" I was explained it's just a spay of water and also left with a nail in my tire. I asked the shop to take pictures, show the maintenance manager and to call me and never happened. Definitely not recommending, not profesional at all

Terrible service, never keep promise. If you don't have a car ready please don't tell customer to get ready. The staffs are good at say "pick up tomorrow" "pick up tomorrow" "pick up tomorrow" "pick up tomorrow" and a month past.
