They were very patient and understanding when I requested a change in appointment time, even on short notice. I called again to confirm timing, and front desk always answered the phone promptly. I found everyone in the staff provided great and kind service. They double check medical details too, to make sure I'm given correct care. I'm very grateful they took my appointment even though this isn't my usual place of service. Thank you very much!

Terrible care, terrible doctors. Nothing good about this place. I recommend you don't waste your time here.Update... It wasn't half an hour they made us wait, it was more than two hours. It's seriously rubbish. Plus, the old man doing the X-rays is rude. This place deserves to be closed down. Please don't come here, find somewhere else. I know what I'm talking about, it's a waste of time.
Went in for a routine X-ray and honestly had a pretty bad experience. The technician was super rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. Didn’t explain anything, barely said a word, and acted like I was wasting their time. It made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. Definitely expected more professionalism — not cool.
