Very disappointed with our first ultrasound experience. The doctor did not allow my husband. to go inside or even hear the baby’s heartbeat. As a first-time mother, that moment is very special, and being excluded felt really unfair. They should treat families with more empathy and understanding.
Unpleasant visit with their technician and receptionist..seems like they don’t want to work and busy on their phone calls.Never feel like to visit again or recommend anyone.
The ultrasound tech doesn’t like to give out pictures to confirm pregnancy. So if that’s important to you find another spot. I’ve been to others that do give out the pictures prior to being 12 weeks.
They were very patient and understanding when I requested a change in appointment time, even on short notice. I called again to confirm timing, and front desk always answered the phone promptly. I found everyone in the staff provided great and kind service. They double check medical details too, to make sure I'm given correct care. I'm very grateful they took my appointment even though this isn't my usual place of service. Thank you very much!
The process was quick but the staff was rude.
