Hard to get through the phone. Need to call at 5 different times to get to talk to someone for 10 seconds. Appointment gets canceled and hard to book again. Even with appointment, have to wait like 2 hours before seeing the doctor. Decided to leave this clinic..
Every time I come here, even with an appointment, the wait is extremely long. It defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance. This has been a consistent issue, and it's really disappointing. I hope they work on improving their scheduling and respect for patients' time.
It wasn't a good experience for me, might be better for other people though I found them to be very unprofessional
