Dr Madikiza is a very good doctor, and Farah always so nice and patient , I am so happy my daughter can under this kids clinic.

Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed clinic. My first visit with Dr. Patel was great, but everything after that was disappointing. They repeatedly reschedule appointments by email with no notice or consent — including my baby’s two-month vaccine, which was moved the day before without a call. Yet they threaten a $50 “missed appointment” fee. When I did come in, I waited close to 2 hours in an overcrowded waiting room with my newborn and got zero updates. The doctors at this clinic are excellent — which makes the front desk experience all the more disappointing. The person managing scheduling and communication is consistently unorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional. Appointments are routinely canceled or rescheduled at the last minute, often after time off work or school has already been arranged. Dr. Madikiza has been my children’s pediatrician for 18 years, and I have four kids, well teens now:) He is consistently thoughtful, compassionate, and attentive, taking the time to listen and provide the kind of care that makes families feel seen and supported. I’ve also known Farah, the administrator, for over 20 years, and I truly don’t understand the negative reviews. She is one of the kindest and most accommodating people I have ever met.
