Doctor did not show up to our 12-month appointment and did not cancel in advance. No staff answering door or phone upon our arrival. Staff later said he had gone on vacation and wouldnt be available for 6 weeks. We wait 6 weeks to be seen and then receive a cancellation upon arriving to the clinic for our appointment. Staff was rude and unprofessional in all interactions.
I was a bit hesitant taking my baby to this clinic when i saw the reviews, however after several visits I am very grateful to the staffs and Doctors, Dr. Madikiza is very thorough with assessment and takes his time checking my baby, Dr Patel is very kind and approachable. We were in and out in the clinic in about an hour during visits. Overall I am happy with Markham Kids Clinic 💕
Scammers. They took $125 from my mom to buy something she needed, the doctor went away on vacation and they refuse to return the money. We have been calling them for months and they keep making excuses and false promises. SCAMMERS - Avoid at all cost.
