Scammers. They took $125 from my mom to buy something she needed, the doctor went away on vacation and they refuse to return the money. We have been calling them for months and they keep making excuses and false promises. SCAMMERS - Avoid at all cost.
I understand the 2.9 star review. I can’t recommend this doctors office. Receptionist has little sense and so does Dr. Patel. If you want a dismissive doctor who uses Google AI, he’s your guy. You are not a person in this clinic, little care is placed on your little…which is not what any parent wants. New parents worry about solids, weight gain, allergies etc…dr Patel does not have any knowledge surrounding these and it is quite off putting as a new parent looking for guidance from their paediatrician. Dr Madikiza truly cares for his patients and is incredibly charismatic towards babies. My baby is never afraid to go to his checkups or vaccinations. Sara the receptionist is amazing to work with too! She’s very kind and keen on making sure your next appointment is booked in advance. Great professionals!
Absolutely love this clinic! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff make you feel so welcomed. They’re always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about making the experience as smooth as possible for families. Dr. Madikiza and Dr. Patel are wonderful. They’re thorough, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly so you never leave with unanswered questions.
