Dr. Raphael Odhiambo demonstrated an unacceptable lack of professionalism and respect during my visit. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and left me feeling completely disregarded as a patient. A good doctor should listen, communicate with empathy, and provide support , none of which I experienced with him. Based on my interaction, I do not believe he is suited for this profession and would strongly recommend that others look for care elsewhere.
Dr. Raphael Odhiambo showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect during my visit. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and made it clear that he is not suited for this profession. A doctor should listen to patients, offer guidance, and treat people with dignity , unfortunately, he did none of that. I truly don’t believe he is the right person for this job, and I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.
My experience with Dr. Raphael Odhiambo was extremely disappointing. He was beyond rude and dismissive during my visit, showing no professionalism or empathy. Instead of being helpful or providing proper guidance, his attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I would strongly recommend not seeing him if you’re looking for a doctor who listens, communicates respectfully, and genuinely cares about their patients.
I would give 0 stars if that were possible. The receptionist came across as unprofessional, impolite, and abrupt. The pharmacy staff are pleasant, and Dr. Cosmos is fine, but the receptionist really spoiled my experience.
