I would not recommend this clinic based on my recent experience. The reception staff were unwelcoming and dismissive, which made for an uncomfortable interaction from the outset. The clinic advertises itself as a walk-in service however, I was informed that I needed to book an appointment to see a doctor. The whole reason of me coming is I don’t need book because I have busy work schedule and booking with family doctor takes about a month. Very disappointing.

My doctor is Dr. Cosmos. He is a very friendly and respectful doctor to his patients. I like going to this doctor. But the receptionist was rude and does not behave as professionally as expected in a clinic.
Terrible experience at the walk in clinic. The website says they are open at 10am. We have a newborn so we planned to be there when they opened. No one was at reception. The employee at the pharmacy said they will be in soon. 10:05am I ask the pharmacy person again cause no one showed up. They said the doctor doesn’t show up until 12pm -_- 10:10am the receptionist shows up and says there is an online doctor until 12pm and then the in-person doctor shows up.
