Disappointing experience. I came in with acute pain hoping for immediate care. The initial $98 visit was ONLY an assessment with NO treatment provided, and this was not clearly communicated before my appointment. Having seen many chiropractors across the GTA, it is standard for the first visit to include both evaluation and adjustment. I did not receive any pain relief after taking hours off from work and driving a long way. Go to a doctor who cares about your pain relief as the priority.
Great experience with Dr. Derek Ng. Very professional, attentive, and explains everything clearly. The chiro treatment was effective and I felt improvement after a few sessions. Highly recommend!
