Easy to schedule for routine service done this morning. Our technician, Edgis, was wry thorough and explained things well. Our previous HVAC provider retired and we’ll plan to be regulars with Edgis and Markgraf’s going forward.
My wife and I were bringing home our first child from the NICU on a Friday. Excitement was in the air after waiting for what seemed like forever. Our AC just happened to go out on the Wednesday before as temps were in the 90s. A technician somehow made it out Thursday night at 8:30 after working 12 hours plus to assess the problem. I knew a replacement was coming as the AC was 30 years old and that was the case. New AC was delivered Friday morning and they happened to have it installed Saturday by 11AM. I have been using Markgraf's for 20 plus years. Installed two furnaces, humidifiers and today a new home air purifier system. There service is exceptional, having had issues in the middle of the winter, they were out within hours and stayed until 8pm resolving the problem. I highly recommend this family-owned business.
They put a boiler in my house and then they came out to locate wires to the heating tubes they had no idea where they put the wires they walked around for hours. Never bothered to call me to contact me. I felt like I was dealing with the three stooges very unprofessional.
