Markgraf is consistently amazing. They have done our service and replaced hvac units for us. They are fast, responsive, courteous And always wear masks. They are awesome, and honest.

The first and last time I will ever use this company. I hired Markgraf replace a recirculation pump for a boiler heater. 7 months later after it was installed the new pump started leaking. It turns out that the pump was not properly oiled when it was installed and was now basically destroyed because of it. I have followed up with them for weeks. The Markgraf team member showed up on time and wore a mask the entire time during his visit under our Covid 19 world. This was a fall service for the furnace. He cleaned the water trap, vacuumed the entire blower assembly and changed the furnace filter. He warned me about the ignitor possibly needing service next season. My only complaint is that scheduling times for these visits needs to be done 6 weeks in advance.

Three houses and twenty years later I still use Markgraf's. We have used them for new HVAC units, service, and maintenance. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and reasonably priced. Frank and Bobby are the big brains here, but all of the service specialists have been great!

Markgraf sold and installed our Hvac unit. Their service has been informative and helpful in understanding how to efficiently set thermostat temps in cold weather. They have not charged us for visits that were under warranty or resulted in minimal effort on their part. We trust them and will continue to rely on their services unless we receive unsatisfactory service.
