Never notified I had a scan at 9 am despite repeated calls to check on when I should arrive which I was told 11:30. I had an automated call too reminding me of my apmt at 11:30. Thankfully the Dr was gracious and saw me anyway. Waited around 4 hours to get a scan in. Not the way I wanted to spend my day. Suggest they review their communication procedures.
