Marketplace Restaurant does value black customers. I hosted my book launch party here. I didn't believe the hype. I had not experienced racism on 4th street personally. I thought it was a great venue. I flew in town I went to meet with the new manager to square things away. I asked could she provide a mic for the evening as I was doing doorprizes and a toast and she said yes. Please go back to the classic rock music on the patio. The country music is not pleasing to the ear.
