Jonathan was Excellent! He listen to what my wife Donna and I wanted in a car. He spent time getting to know us. The manager, Tim was also great in making sure we got the most for our money. We will recommend Market Place Chevy Buick to all our friends. Thanks also to the team who were present at the Grand Cane Car show. They were very friendly and helpful in explaining s few things more about our new 2017 Spark.
This was by far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. I could write a book on why not to visit or buy anything from this dealership. No such thing as honesty and integrity here.
I don't think I can say enough about my salesman Wesley. I purchased a new car from him in 2015 with Kia and followed him to Marketplace for my next purchase. I messaged Wesley and told him what I was looking for and when i arrived he had some options ready for me to test drive. I gave him plenty of hoops to jump through in regards to sale price, down payment and terms but he made it happen!!! After having trouble getting a vehicle a friend put me in touch with @[100000535116804:Michael LaFitte II] at Marketplace Chevrolet & even though I had my doubts he assured me that he would help me & he did just what he said he would do. I enjoyed my time working with Mike & the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I'm beyond pleased with the service & especially Mike. I will send anyone his way because he is a man of his word!!
