I just bought a used traverse from this dealership. The sell went well until I realized every time I open my car the alarm goes off because I didnt receive my key fob. When asked about receiving the key fob for my car, I was basically told sorry we dont have it you're out of luck and you're going to have to buy one yourself and then pay to get it programmed since I need special equipment to do so. The rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I have to wonder what kind of business operates when hanging up on people is a common occurrence!!! Speaks volumes of who you are doing business with. Very skeptical about trusting someone who is rude and not willing to hear concerns or complaints...they just choose to end the call. Never would I consider doing business with this dealership. Blatantly lied to by upper management who refused to discuss my concerns. Extreme lack of professionalism.
