Husband’s truck went in for an oil change and a check engine light. A week later, we get the truck back and the rear end went out 30 minutes later! They had “changed the fluid in the rear end and forgot to put the plug back in”. Had to have it towed back to the dealership! 2 weeks later we still haven’t gotten the truck back and they will not return calls. I will NEVER take another vehicle there as long as I live!
RecommendedTJ is the best service consultant. My coworkers and I have a lot question about car but she always the sweetest helping us with everything needed or wanted.
I bought a NEW 2020 Chevy Blazer in August (which I love 😍) Lane worked with me on getting my numbers right so I was happy with that however I did notice 2 small dents on my hood a few days after having my vehicle. I called & my saving grace was “ERIC”(in the service department). At first I was under the impression I would have to fix the problem but after I spoke to Eric he was right on it! I bought a brand new vehicle approximately one month and a week ago. Only had ten miles on it when I drove it off the lot. I took it for its first oil change and the service dept. said I needed a new air filter, all three windshield wipers, and some work on the air conditioner. All of these things should last more than a month so either the service dept is crooked or marketplace sells crap cars. Customer service sucks as well. The employees at Marketplace Chevy are very nice & friendly. The service department is very quick on getting your vehicle in & out on a timely manner.
