Booked through SpotHero for the whole weekend with in and out privileges. Garage refused to honor the in and out so I could come back, even acknowledging that they advertise as in and out. They blamed their system but it's on them to make sure they can provide the service they advertise. Now I have to file claims with SpotHero every time I park.
Went to Monster Jam at Lucas Oil Stadium (20 min walk from the parking garage) and as of an hour an 10 minutes now, I have yet to leave the garage. Either the payment system is absolutely terrible or the other drivers are just too stupid to use it properly but regardless, why does it take an hour to leave a parking garage??
I chose this garage for its EV charger, only to find an exorbitantlt high price ($10/hr L2 charger), placed inconveniently where you cannot park. There are better charging and parking options nearby
