RecommendedI loved that I could schedule an appointment for vaccines (instead of walk in times like many other places) which eliminates the wait time. Overall great experience within a state of the art facility! Caring and very thorough doctors! The staff is always really sweet. They remember my kids and are always excited to see them. They get excited about good news and show genuine concern if something is not right or a test comes back positive. They answered every little question I had about valley fever when my boxer fell ill, fixed my kitty right up when she had a UTI, and helped us with welcoming rescue kittens into our home, getting them vaccinated and fixed. All while being as gentle as they would be if it was their animal.
We took our Malti poo puppy in for his first Check today. Dr Jennings was so kind and Patient. Answering ALL of our questions and talking to the kids as well! Great experience. We're really looking forward to continued care from this group!

I took my Dutch Shepherd in for shots last week. Not only was the vet extremely professional and caring, but he was the most honest vet I've ever encountered. Throughout the past 20 years I've used many different vets. Every time I've been disappointed by the crap they try to feed me. Most vets are more concerned about making money. I don't know how many vets have recommended unnecessary tests and/or procedures. It's very frustrating! This vet was the first one I met who honestly discussed what my dog really needs. We are so thankful for Dr Vernon and the entire staff at Market Street Animal Hospital. They were so kind and friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. Animal Hospital, boarding, grooming and a store all in one! Love this place �
