One of the most important parts of doing business with someone, particularly when it comes to jewelry or watches, is how they respond when issues arise. I had certain issues with my watch regarding rust and water damage, and Dino very graciously explained the issues to me, understood that I was upset given the sentimental value of the watch, and went above and beyond to order new parts and restore function like it was brand new. Kudos for his professionalism and willingness to work with customers.
I just got an engaged with a custom ring designed by my fiancé with the support of market street diamonds. From start to finish, they guided him throughout the process and I can tell how much thought and effort went into my ring. I love it so much and can’t stop looking at it. Thank you MSD!
