I wish I could say we had a positive experience, but it felt like Maylin did not give us the time of day or have a desire to help us find the ring — and this was after we had returned a second time to the store upon being told we needed an appointment (website says recommended). The appointment could’ve been over in five minutes had we not kept asking for other rings and had a different saleswoman not helped us. It was a very uncomfortable and awkward exchange and made us feel like we were burdening the person assisting us.

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience at Market Street Diamonds. They brought our toi et moi engagement ring vision come to life. Eva was incredible to work with for my custom engagement ring, which repurposed gold and diamonds from my grandparents’ wedding rings. The service and communication throughout the design process was top notch and the final product was extremely high quality craftsmanship. They will be the first place I go for any of my fine jewelry needs moving forward and would highly recommend them.
