Outstanding ! My husband and I and our two daughters have been patients at AZ Smiles (formerly Market Street Dental) for almost 10 years . We have had everything from dental emergencies to routine check ups. Dr. Kopsky, Dr. Pro, Corey, Gemma and the entire staff are a tremendous team of professionals . I saw Dr. Hebner on 2/1/17 in your absence. She was very thorough and most helpful in an unusual situation for me i.e. a review of an extraction, etc. done in Oregon.

I arrived on time for my appointment but still had to wait for over 40 minutes before I was shown in. This has happened to me before at your office. It does not encourage patients to arrive on time. Perhaps you need to have someone review how you schedule appointments, leaving more time for the services rendered and more time between appointments. We all have busy lives and can't afford to be kept waiting for long amounts of time. Once the Dr arriv d, the procedure was excellent. So please take theses comments constructively
