The food and service was amazing! I highly recommend.
We went there for a lunch/breakfast (we go there pretty often), our order was accidentally not rung in (easy mistake). When we said something they promptly apologized and got our food out as soon as possible. They comped our entire meal and gave us desserts and hot chocolate to go! Totally made up for it! Thank you! The food is always good and the staff is always friendly!

I don't know what happened to this place...used to be something to look forward to on visits to SP. Been here several times. Yesterday it was a mess. Service slow. Refills were nonexistant. Chicken sandwiches were overcooked and had translucent swiss cheese. All 3 Pie Slices, different flavors had odd texture and mildew tasting pale crust...NOT THE SAME. Very disappointing. I might give it 1 more shot but it was an awful all around visit.

It sounds like we missed the mark in a number of areas. The new management staff and I are streamlining processes to help reduce wait times and increase food quality in the dining room. The bakery is amazing. But the last time I had breakfast here it was pretty tasteless.
