We just moved to the area four weeks ago. Our cat Tony had a urinary blockage on a Saturday morning. I googled the nearest vet and called them. Even though we were a new patient, they got us in immediately. The doctor and his staff are phenomenal, super professional, and explain everything in detail to you. While in the waiting room, I talked to a woman who moved away from El Dorado Hills but still travels from downtown Sacramento because they are such a great facility. I'm new to the area and picked Marketplace Veterinary Hospital because it was close to my new home. I am SO glad I did. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and so patient with my orange tabby, Vincent, that he doesn't mind going to the vets' office at all.
I have been going to Marketplace for over 15 yrs now. The NEW staff are AMAZING - if you have been hesitant on going back - do yourself and your pet a favor and give them another try. Dr Penny is wonderful, the reception staff and techs make you feel comfortable and are professional with compassion and seem to like what they do.
