Anybody knows when someone is actually in office?? Been trying to call for weeks now nobody answers….
Landlord is disrespectful, rude, and not very professional about her job. She has no respect for her elders she talks like she owns the place instead of running the place. Other than that it's a fair place to be. Need more people like Martha she was what made Market place great.
No one answers the phone does any have a way of contacting management? None of the numbersor email work. No response. House flooded and no one is helping except contractors but they said can only do so much because they havent been paid for any work outside if my home yet . They don't respond or fix anything needing proper . Poor management!
Bald headed rude lady, has a very nasty attitude, refused to let me use the laundry room and acted as if she had a serious problem with me when I simply asked why our laundry room was closed on a MONDAY!!!! She would not let me go in a was very rude about it.
The property has a wonderful community for all ages, a very knowledgeable maintenance man and best of all the new property manager, Shayla Flemming. She has continued to impress me on how she takes care of the property and the tenants. It's very rare you find someone in her position that GENUINELY cares. Thank you for all the hard work you put in daily to make sure we're all taken care of.
