This is the pharmacy that brings meds to the Assistive Living I'm at right now. They r horrible in getting meds. Staff has to keep calling bc they won't bring them. They can take 3 days or more before the staff receives them here. It's ridiculous that a pharmacy can't supply the med within 24 hours. Other regular pharmacies do it all the time yet this one can't. Then when you call them they r extremely rude and condescending. I wish they would use another pharmacy bc this one is a joke
I have called them 3 days in a row to have my medication delivered and all 3 days they said it would be delivered “tonight” and here it is Friday night and no one is coming to deliver my medication which by the way is a medication that you can absolutely NOT miss a single day of. I am supposed to be at work tomorrow before they open and by the time I’m done at work they will be closed so unless they deliver on Saturday night, i am really not going to be ok. This is a very serous situation
Under new management. It takes to long to get the prescription! They make you wait an extra day. I will probably go back to United pharmacy. In Beverly hills across the street from my doctor's office . Where I don't have to wait an extra day. That stupid crazy.
I've been calling since Saturday for my medication. It was ordered on Tues and today's Monday. It should've been here by now but still no one answers, sent emails but no answer yet, my Doctor has been calling you and nobody answer. What's the point of having a relief pharmacist if he/she does not even bothered to check your emails?? Or pick up the phone.
