Well, here are some things that went wrong: I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 earlier the same day. When I got there, the receptionist could not find my appointment I had made just hours earlier, apparently never punching it in and then told me I was "lucky" they had an availability at 12:30. I don't know about you, but I don't consider myself lucky for getting to have the appointment I had already scheduled. I then had to wait about 30 mins before being seen.
