Jason was very helpful and always responded to our questions very quickly. Any time that we wanted to see a property he was very prompt, and enthusiastically showed us the property. Our closings went smoothly and we were very well informed during the process. The office staff was always very friendly, helpful, and willing to help with any issue. I would highly recommend Elite and Jason to any one that I know who is interested in purchasing or selling a property.

Our buying experience with Ryan Slade could not have been better. He did a great job asking a lot of questions upfront to truly understand our needs. Ryan was extremely patient and we saw homes that were right on point. His responsiveness through the process was something my family and I very much appreciated. The result was finding a home in our target neighborhood and at our target price.

Originally we contacted Jason on Zillow to help our son. Jason provided sound advice to our son regarding his future home purchase. Based on how Jason worked with our son, we worked with Jason to sell our home. His analysis of our home was factual and effective. Our home was on the market for three days. He presented the offers. Once we accepted, we closed in 30 days. Jason's attentive approach to a new home buyer and a seasoned home owner were greatly appreciated! Our experience with Jason was outstanding!

Jason was available to contact day and night. He was able to set up viewings quickly. He was faced with a very challenging situation when it came down to closing on our new house. He remained dedicated to the process and spent many hours working out a solution. I would highly recommend him.

Jason is an absolute pleasure to work with. It's been my third time now. He's professional, competent and delivers what he promises. He got us in to many houses to look at promptly.
