I went to pick up a prescription for pain that I am experiencing from neck cancer. My doctor inadvertently sent my prescription to "The Waterfront Mall" rather than "The Waterworks Mall". Giant Eagle Pharmacy would NOT transfer the prescription even though I had ample evidence the prescription was legitimate. Because of their concerns about prescription abuse, I had to suffer through the weekend with continuous pain. HEARTLESS Policy!!!!
