As usual the staff and doctor were ALL friendly and patient with everything and the cleaning went as great as usual.

I've always received first-rate service from Dr. Mills and his staff. The entire staff are all very friendly and want to assist you in any way possible regarding your treatments. I've been going to Dr. Mills for the last 20 years and I'm still glad that he was recommended to me.
Was kept waiting 40 minutes past appt. time. No explanation. Someone at the desk should say something about the delay for the hygentist.

Totally relaxed atmosphere from the front office to the patient rooms. Complete explanation of the procedures and more importantly why they were being done. The local anesthesia was done well and with little discomfort as possible. Usually one doesn't say I had a great experience after being at the dentist but I can say it was.
