I am completely disgusted with the Rome Price Chopper. I have been shopping there since 1985, the only time there was a major change was when the store burned down. The reorganization of this store is a shoppers nightmare. There is no feasible organization in product location. I needed coconut milk, coconut cream and one would think it should be near the mexican / oriental section, NOPE. Okay we will try baked goods, NOPE supposedly it's by the coffee section, think we found it NOPE. I have no idea nor could I get an answer ... read more

Extremely displeased with Rome Price Chopper, Just spent 1 hour walking around the store for the top round on sale. case is empty , signs are always correct. They act like they are hiding the sale products . I asked the butcher for the Roast he said they where working on them give them 15 minutes , I continued to walk around 30 minutes later still no roast , the butchers saw me and we working as fast as we can i'll have them 15 minutes, I left, It's not the employees fault the store is poorly run and has been for 7 years now... read more
