Dr. Markeson and his staff are AMAZING. I started seeing Dr. Markeson for my dental needs several years ago and was impressed then by his honesty and genuine care for my dental health. Timely office hours, on time appointments and thoughtful care. The team and Dr Markeson really deliver it all.
I was in for my 6 month cleaning and check up and I believe my Dental Hygienists name was Arron. I am sorry if i am wrong, but she did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. She was so wonderful in explaining step by step of the process she was performing and showed me the best ways to brush and floss my teeth because of the sensitive problems I am having. Arron was amazing and very gentle in cleaning my teeth without any pain or discomfort and that's important to me. It’s always been a pleasure going to my dentist.
Friendly staff, both the hygienist and the dentist were professional. Hygienist was very thorough and I had a general cleaning. No issues and thought they did a good job.
Like I said to Mark it has almost been 40 yrs since I have been coming to this office. I started seeing Bill Jones when I was 18 & when he wanted to retire he looked for the same caring type of person to hand the reins off to & he did. I refer everyone who is looking for a exceptional dentist plus. I have been with Whidbey Island bank for the past 30 yrs for the same reason, I'm not just a customer,I'm someone they know care about & make you feel like a friend.
Dr. Markeson feels genuine. The office is calm and kind, and I find the dental work to be thoughtful. I love the advice they give. Definitely worth going to.
