I would like to give my overall review of Marker 20 and "Kimmy". I came from the Hampton Marina Hotel to grab lunch for our staff. I ordered my food as usual and it took extremely long. I waited an upwards of 50 minutes for a burger and fries. When I brought this matter to the server, by expressing my concern as to why my food took so long, Kimmy tried to justify the organizations actions by stating that I've only been there for less than 20 minutes.
