After being quoted crazy high prices to fix the convertible top on my Mercedes from several places, I found Markel's. I am soooo glad I did because they fixed my top for 1/3 of the price and the service was excellent and professional. Thank you Dennis for all that you have done for my car. I needed to fix the convertible roof of my Nissan 350Z. I did research over the internet and found Markel's on the internet. The next day I went to the shop and looked for the owner. Dennis (the owner) immediately approached me and told me to come to his office. I told Dennis the issue and he told me to come back the next day at 9am and leave the car in his shop. Markels was GREAT!! They started working on my car, literally within minutes. They redid my entire convertible top in less than 2 days! Dennis was very nice and gave me a great deal! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repair on their convertible top!

Dennis is the the best! Friendly, communicative, clear, and professional! Same goes for, Allan, his employee. I just bought a used Honda Fit from a dealership, and they'd disguised the fact that it smells of smoke (aired the car before I test drove it, and put some sort of awful, heavy perfume in there). Markel's to the rescue! They steam cleaned the seats and carpets with an orange-based cleaner, and also took them out so they could sit in the sun a while! I hired Markel’s to replace the canvas and vinyl windows on my boat. I bought the material after he said he couldn’t get any. I brought him the existing windows so he could re-cut new sunbrella in the same shape. I asked that all hardware be stainless steel. Initially he said it would take 2 weeks to do. Two weeks later I have no word. I emailed asking for updates and got responses like "all is good." NO information about the job. The entire thing was made backwards & upside down. Fix your Car Roof and Upholstery – Wow. Talk about a great place. Lets see $12,000 to fix a small rip at the Mercedes Benz dealer or $200.00 to make it 99% perfect. Now I know why the dealers will be out of business soon. That said, they referred me to this amazing place. Who would have thought a Jewish Yogi would be my savior to fix my car.
