This is the most unprofessional insurance company I've ever worked with. I've had an account with them for 3 months. In that 3 months I've paid my bill on time every month. Since the start of my insurance policy I have had threats of collections and cancellation even though I've actually paid my bill. The breakdown Milo and Markle is ridiculous! Save yourself some time from having to babysit and find a real professional.

A very dishonest and unprofessional insurance company. Do not use Markel for anything important to you!
After years as a customer Markel sent me a letter saying they’d gotten a bad credit report on me so they were drastically raising my rates by over $380 per year. My credit is outstanding and has been so for decades. The letter said I had to contact LexisNexis to correct my credit report and then maybe Markel would refund some of the increase (ever tried to contact LexisNexis, or tried to get them to do anything?).
