Received surety bond claim response after 2 months & after their client paid.
Kathleen Weldon acted in an unprofessional manner by keeping our request pending for several weeks without any response. As a result, I wasted valuable time, unaware that this was not the correct company with which to file the bond. The initial error was made by the underwriting team, and despite this, Kathleen failed to notify me of the mistake or take responsibility for correcting it. This lack of communication and follow-through was unacceptable.
This is the most unprofessional insurance company I've ever worked with. I've had an account with them for 3 months. In that 3 months I've paid my bill on time every month. Since the start of my insurance policy I have had threats of collections and cancellation even though I've actually paid my bill. The breakdown Milo and Markle is ridiculous! Save yourself some time from having to babysit and find a real professional.
