I've been trying to get a quote for months now. It took several months of reaching out and waiting before he set up a date to come look at my roof. He said he would get me a quote after that and I have not heard back. He doesn't answer any calls or respond to any texts. This seems to be normal for roofing contractors because I have been having this issue with all of them I try to contact. I have been trying to get a new roof for 9 months and I can't even get a call back.

Would never hire these guys to do my roof because their workers can't even drive. They recklessly almost crashed into me driving today because whomever was driving doesn't understand that turning left from a far left lane doesn't mean that you turn into the far right lane. If I didn't lock up my breaks they would have destroyed the driver's side of my car. Consider this - if they can't follow the simple rules of the road, do you really think that same person can apply a leak proof roof to your home?

Ron Westfall stopped by to check out my roof and give me an estimate he was professional, kind, and generous I would definitely recommend Mark Westfall Roofing.

When I can call a "Business" almost 20 times without anyone ever picking up the phone, Oh and I even waited a month and tried again, that's not a business that's a fake. They will not respond to you. Ever.

Abandoned bid for condo community after more than 1 year of having a signed contract and giving many excuses and unexpected delays. Highly unprofessional and disappointing.
