I saw Dr. Zawadsky about a painful knee problem that is interfering with my ability to walk, to sleep, to function. I went to him to seek information, advice, treatment recommendations. He did the most cursory exam, without even comparing my knees, manipulating or moving my knee. A couple pokes and he told me to take ibuprofen and come back in a couple months if it still hurt. Dr Zawadsky performed anterior hip replacement surgery on me in March 2015. I discussed with him at least twice before surgery my concerns about one leg being made longer than the other, which I read happens in a number of cases. He puffed himself up and said, "Leave it to me." My legs had been meticulously measured by another orthopedist before the surgery and were absolutely the same length. My experience was outstanding. I found Dr. Zawadsky very professional and helpful.. I had to have a knee replacement and he walked me through the process. He did a great job on the knee and was very compassionate. I would highly recommend him for either knee or hip replacement.
