Dr. Maffett explained everything about the condition of my knees to me and to my son who came with me.
Listened to my issues to help solve my medical issues.
Great experience with the doctor.
Great customer service
Dr. Maffet was great about explaining to me and showing me the images of my son's injury, but forgot to include him in the conversation. (I did too, though) When my son asked to see, Dr. Maffet immediately corrected that and apologized.
The doctor moved quickly. He could have given some insight on how to reduce the swelling or to take anything for pain until the injection started to work.
