Why do I have so many issues getting refills authorized from your clinic in Copperopolis. AGAIN I have gone days without my BP medication because they won’t fax back the Pharmacy with an approval. I have had to have the pharmacy give me an emergency supply and my emergency supply ran out days ago. The request was sent on Aug 15th and the pharmacy still has not gotten an approval. If you care so much about your communities health it doesn’t show. I am always going through this with refill requests from your clinic.
RecommendedI had both knees replaced by Dr. Lovett... One in 2006 and the second one in 2017. The hospital staff was very good .... Everything was good!!
I am a patient with one of the clinics. I have been waiting for my prescription for my blood pressure for over a week. Rite Aid said they sent my refill requests in on Monday and so I contacted the clinic to confirm. The gal knew who I was and why I was calling. My refill requests have been there for over 48 hours and they haven’t even been seen by my doctor. She couldn’t even tell me if they would be looked at today. I can’t say enough good!! Professional yet personable... I always leave here feeling like I’ve been heard. We’re very lucky to have this cancer center in San Andreas, and especially lucky for each and every one working here! Solid truth.
Today, I was to have lab test done at MTMC...My doctor had not sent the right information for the testing. So I was going to go home and make some calls and have to come to the lab another day...The young lady at the lab desk called my doctor and sat on the phone telling my story , again and again...I told her I would go home to try and straighten this out and return later when I could. Took my daughter there for really bad back pain. We waited for ever to be seen. finally left and went to Sutter in Jackson. Mark Twain had the gall to accuse me of stealing their wheelchair, even called the Jackson police on me. Really bad behavior and really bad care. Not a good place if you want to get well
Gone to emergency room several times put in a room and forgotten! Never again go there!
My father in law has spent time in the ICU and I have to say the hospital staff has been phenomenal! I also had to go to this ER when I broke my leg (about 8 years ago)...Again, phenomenal service! Please keep up the amazing work ��!!
This is for the Women at the Pain Managment at Mark Twain Medical Center. Always a good Laugh and worth the Pain and Exercise! These Women help me push through the fact I have disorders that include leaving the house. To add to it leaving the house to be put into more pain. Even though I still do not know WHY I have so much pain. (Thank you none caring Doctors) They are working through exercises and knowledge that I hope in the long run will help with the pain and well like any exercises weight loss.
